DescriptionA winter view of the north and east side of St. Hedwig's Church is provided. The building is located at the corner of Everett and Summer Streets. According to the Southbridge Historical Album 1816-1966 Sesquicentennial "The first persons of Polish descent to come to Southbridge and remain here were John Lango and Wawrzenice Kupiec. The Polish people worshipped with the French at Notre Dame until they build their own church, St. Hedwig's, in 1920.
